The hotel is conveniently located next to a shop and a movie theater, and very near to popular malls. You can even watch a movie in the front of cinema. the room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast is good with vegetarian options. the staff is friendly and helpful.
There was a delay in check-in and poor follow up from reception.

The hotel offered a good breakfast and had friendly staff who were willing to help when needed. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to a bus station and a grocery store that is open late. The room was big and clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The hotel had several negative aspects. The staff's English skills were poor, which led to some communication issues.

The hotel has big, clean rooms and comfortable beds. the staff is nice and helpful, though their English could use some improvement. the breakfast is good and there is a grocery store nearby that is open late. the hotel is located not far from the center of town and there is a bus station close by.
There were a few negative aspects to this hotel. the hot water did not function properly, and there was no follow-up from the reception staff about the room not being ready.
